Why Us?

Fresno Management Company has an extensive portfolio of a variety of different properties. We specialize in condominium dwellings, single family homes, small/large apartment complexes, office buildings and Home Owner Association’s (HOA’s) that are located in the San Joaquin Valley. Our company was formed in 2004 by Larry Hawkins and Michael Scott. Over the years, we started providing more services, and we also added talented and dedicated professionals. With over one hundred years of combined property management experience, we can give superior service to our clients.

At FMC, we have been providing real estate management services to an ever-growing base of highly satisfied clients. Many of our loyal clients have been with us from the very beginning. As a result, we have become a recognized leader in the property management industry in the Fresno area.

To better serve all our clients, in recent years we have expanded our staff, and moved our operations to a larger facility to better accommodate our growth and our clients growth as well. We attribute our success in the real estate market to our attention to details, and in our dedication to customer service to our owners and tenants.


What we do?

  • FMC watches and plans for capital improvements
  • Helps control routine property maintenance costs by enforcing preventive maintenance reported by tenants/owners, with bi-weekly visual drive by of each property and quarterly interior inspections
  • We chart and monitor PG&E, utility, and water usage
  • We can complete repairs with an agreed upon, and established in advance maintenance limit, so there are never any questions or surprises when it comes to funds distribution
  • Every 10 days we send a detailed statement of income and expenses to our owners through secured digital means, in the form of a comprehensive report
  • Owners funds are delivered fast by using a secure ACH transfer, so there is no delay in payments.
  • Our team of professionals is capable of supervising larger projects at the property, represents owners during Sec8 inspections, city annual inspections, insurance visits to the site, appraiser inspections, etc.
  • Our staff is present at court appearances, so the owner does not have to.
  • FMC is not owned or operated by contractors or any maintenance company and do NOT profit from repairs

At FMC, we pride ourselves on proper tenant screening to avoid costly turn overs, while shortening extensive vacancy. In addition to two FMC websites, we advertise our vacancies on over 25 of the most popular rental websites. We also advertise vacancies daily on Craigslist and Sec 8 site.

After years of trial and error we have established a book of preferred vendors, who consistently provide us with an excellent hassle-free service at discounted rates. We don’t mark up the bills and don’t charge supervision hours on projects (aside of a modest fee for turn overs between tenants). All of these savings add up as we pass them along to our customers.

Our tenants can access most of our services 24/7 through designated telephone lines (559-438-9411) both for emergency services as well as all year around 24/7 Repair Hotline (800-220-1054) and 24/7 Leasing Hotline (559-549-6368).

Tenants are able to make their rental payments not only in person at our office, but also online via our tenant portal, at any CVS Pharmacy, 7-Eleven Stores, Casey’s General Stores, or at Ace Cash Express facilities. Prospective tenants are also able to apply for leases on available properties online, and even sign leases digitally for their convenience. FMC is speeding up the rental process and shortening your vacancy factor. Most of our applications are processed within 24-72 hours from the time of submission.
