We routinely visit the properties that we manage, and upon request, we can provide the owner with photos of inspected premises so you can see the condition of your investment without leaving home. We treat your investment property as we would our own.

At present, our firm has 13 full time employees, in addition to 8 part-time professional staff members who service our property management portfolio (both single-family homes and multiplex units). We have carefully hand selected our team based on a demonstration of professional competency, personal integrity, a caring attitude, and a shared dedication to excellence. FMC's work culture is based on a stimulating and supportive atmosphere that encourages long-term careers with us. This yields a level of service with consistency and excellence that benefits our clients.
A staff of quality, depth, and longevity at FMC fully supports our operating style of a low building-to-manager ratio that assures a personalized and professional approach for each building we manage. We limit each property manager to no more than 100 families so that every owner and tenant receives the personal attention they deserve.

Our Story and Vision
Property management is our primary business, not a side service.
Many other real estate firms use property management services primarily to develop their real estate brokerage business. Here at FMC, we do not treat property management as a loss leader. Sales and Brokerage with a partner company, (Fresno Income Properties) are an important part of our capabilities, but is never at the sacrifice of our main objectives. Because of our commitment to our management services and the pride in our reputation, we devote just as many resources and as much effort as necessary to fulfill our obligations to our clients, both owners and tenants.
We believe in building long term business relationships by extending ourselves in the interest of both types of clients we serve. Our competitors cannot match our intensity of approach, or the involvement of our top management in promoting our clients' best interests. This is particularly true during the transition process when we first assume management control, or when extra services are required during major improvement programs.
We also believe that the management of homes and apartment buildings requires prompt, efficient and friendly service to the residents we serve. Our commitment is to provide residents with services in the manner of the hospitality industry and to break the mold of the sometimes adversarial nature of the traditional "landlord-tenant" relationship. At the same time, we at FMC recognize that we must effectuate and satisfy all the policies, rules and regulations of the Department of Real Estate, CA Apartment Association, Fair Housing and all state, county, city codes and regulations, as well as insurance requirements and codes of conduct we enforce.
Fresno Management Company understands the need to be readily available to serve the needs of all our tenants. The quality and availability of a maintenance crew can be a deciding factor for a tenant when it is time to renew a lease. Recently, we implemented an "in-house" staff that can handle all of these repair needs for you as soon as they arise, and repair work can often be done the same day.
